If it can’t be sourced, Travis is the man to pull it out of thin air!
After many years in the aerospace industry, machining to the tightest of tolerances, Travis brought his knowledge of engineering and his experience in machining to the custom automotive industry.
From parts that can’t be sourced to designs that have never been done, Travis is the guy to make it work!
Our Story
As any automotive enthusiast does immediately after buying their first classic car, we stripped them apart and began tinkering!
It didn’t take long before we realized that someone had already been in there, and most of the work was not done correctly. There’s only one thing to do, and that’s to make it right!
Our passion for manufacturing our own parts and engineering them to perfection is what drives us at Cars and Coffee Garage.

This was a brake arm for a 1972 Triumph 650 motorcycle. The part that was previously on there technically did “work”, but it simply didn’t do the bike justice. So, we took the measurements we needed, designed in CAD and CNC machined a new piece from billet steel.
What we made is a part that will not only last a lifetime (or more!) but will serve to compliment the brilliant engineering of the Triumph as well as the stunning looks.
